Darryl Craft was found unconscious and unresponsive near 139 Chadwick Ave. at 12:10 a.m., the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said. He was taken to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead soon after, authorities said.
The investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
